Moot Court Courtroom

Building for impact.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Moot Court Courtroom is a project started from JCPLL’s mission to increase “Access to the Law, for everyone.” Construction began on the space in June 2024 and lasted until September that year, with the completion of it’s cutting-edge JAVS-8 system (Judicial Audio-Visual Solutions). Outfitted with all amenities standard to any Jefferson County courtroom, the space is purposed to simulate court proceedings and serve as an immersive training and educational opportunity for attorneys, students and all Louisvillians to further their understanding of the judicial system.

Join the mission. Make your mark.

The Moot Court Courtroom is a future-forward mission — from preparing today’s attorneys to inspiring the legal advocates of tomorrow, through education and resource-sharing. This $175,000 project is made possible by the support of JCPLL friends, staff, members and surrounding community. The fundraising campaign is now open and donor naming opportunities are available.
